“ Just a short note to say how much we enjoyed our stay in Yegen and especially your lovely house. We watched the sun rise every morning and after some splendid walks it was very pleasant to be able to relax on the terrace with a glass or two of local wine.
The village people were very friendly and patient with us considering our limited Spanish.
We had good meals in the Rincon and a memorable dinner in one of the bars, whilst watching Leeds United beat a Spanish team 3 – 0.
Finally it was such a joy to sit and look at those wonderful mountain views and feel the sun. We certainly hope to return to the Alpujarras”
